Trying to find a good mythical name for my pet ?
Im trying to find a name for my chameleon. He has a brillant red head and a blue green body. I want to name him after some mythical beast of fire..or god of fire. I already ruled out Phonix (it sounded too much like a girls name)
any suggestions?
What about Svarog or Apris. Although it isn't a fire god Odin might fit your chameleon? There also the standby Aries, the god of war. Or what about Horus, the sun god. You could use the Celtic word for fire, Deas or name it after the tool associated with it, Athame. You could name it after the zodiac sign that carry fire; Sagittarius, Aries and Leo. Ra-Arus is also a name of the element of fire. I hope this helps.
