Can you be promoted to the next grade if you have a 95% average in all classes in highschool?
For example if you failed a grade and then your pass the first quarter with 95% in all classes could you speak with the principal to see if you could be promoted to the next grade? I mean you only missed 1 quarter and you could ask people for help in it. Just copy some notes and study. The main point is could you be promoted with 95% average the first quarter. And then just act as if you were in lets say the 10th grade from the beginning
Well, in high school, it doesn't matter what grade you're in... what matters is that you pass all of the classes required for graduation. It's not a matter of "promotion" to the next grade... it's whether or not you can get credit for your 9th grade classes, and skip ahead to the classes that 10th graders are taking.
If you have been held back, you should talk to your guidance counselor to find out how you can skip ahead in some of your classes (for example, maybe you can take a test for Algebra I credit and skip ahead to Geometry.) This might involve some summer school to get you to graduate on time. Good luck!
